


Only in exceptional vintages. 100% Albillo Mayor from Ribera del Duero (850 m), very low yield (2,500 kg/ha) and hand-harvested in 14 kg crates. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 5 years in 500 L barrels, bottle-aged since 2020. Deep and elegant: ripe stone fruit, honey, brioche, and subtle toasty notes. Broad and creamy on the palate, with precise acidity and an exceptionally long finish. Limited edition: 938 bottles.

The “La Yunquera” and “Buenos Santos” estates are located in an oak forest area. The soil is sandy pebble at an altitude of over 800 meters. The vines are over 20 years old with a density of 2,600 plants/ha; the high-altitude terroir provides freshness and precision.
Trellised training system, no irrigation. Fertilization using sheep manure. Selection of plots with a yield of 2,500 kg/ha to ensure concentration and natural balance.
First week of October. Hand-harvested in 14 kg boxes, taking care of the integrity of the bunch and preserving the aromatic expression from the vineyard to the winery.
Fermented with native yeasts to express the terroir. Aged for 5 years in barrels and the aging process began in 2020, showcasing the great aging potential of this variety.
