



It comes from 50–70 year old vines at 890 m, with yields of barely 1,000 kg/ha . Produced only in exceptional vintages and crafted entirely by hand. Aged for 3 years in barrels of different origins and further refined in the bottle (stabilized since 2012). Deep black fruit, spices, and fine woods; silky, powerful, and very precise on the palate. A collector's item from Ribera del Duero.






One Premium Strain (0.75 L)

We chose optimal plants: those that had no more than 6 bunches and whose distribution and exposure of the bunches to the sun was perfect
DO Ribera del Duero, clay and limestone soils at 890 m. Vines 50–70 years old. Planting density: 1,000 kg/ha (according to data sheet). Very limited grape production from origin.
Vase-shaped training system, no irrigation, and fertilized with sheep manure. Low yields for maximum concentration: yield: 1,000 kg/ha. Strict control of vigor and production in each plot.
“Vineyard Selection”: small, perfectly formed bunches, ≤6 bunches per plant, and selection of the single bunch. First week of October, 100% manual harvest; the grapes never touch a machine.
Destemmed in 500L oak barrels and fermented with manual foot treading. Aged for 3 years in barrels, with 4 types of barrels from 2 origins; bottle stabilization since 2012 for refinement and complexity.


It is only produced in exceptional vintages with a very limited production.
