Fermented with native yeasts, it matures for 18 months in barrels from two different origins and is further aged for 12 months in the bottle. The nose offers aromas of black fruit and flowers with subtle notes of cedar and cocoa; on the palate, it is ample and precise, with polished tannins and a long, fresh finish.
