



Valduero Una Cepa is a 100% Tempranillo from vines over 50 years old , with yields of 3,000 kg/ha. Fermented with native yeasts, it matures for 18 months in barrels from two different origins and is further aged for 12 months in the bottle. The nose offers aromas of black fruit and flowers with subtle notes of cedar and cocoa; on the palate, it is ample and precise, with polished tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Finca “El Charcón”, clay and limestone soils at 842 m. Vines >50 years old with a density of 2,600 plants/ha. High-altitude terroir that provides finesse and freshness.
Vase-shaped training system, no irrigation. Fertilization using sheep manure. Yield: 3,120 kg/ha, aiming for concentration and natural balance.
First week of October. Hand-picked in 14 kg boxes to preserve the integrity of the grain and keep the fruit in perfect condition until the warehouse.
Native yeasts to express the terroir. 18 months in oak barrels from different origins and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle, refining complexity and giving a unique character.
