It comes from vineyards over 12 years old with yields of 4,500 kg/ha and is fermented with native yeasts to preserve the character of the terroir. Fresh and subtly mineral, with notes of white fruit and flowers, it has a long, clean finish. Limited edition of 50,000 bottles .
