Valduero Blanco Reserva 2016 is a white wine from the Ribera del Duero region , handcrafted without mechanical intervention. Made entirely from Albillo Mayor grapes, it is aged for four years in barrels of varying origins and bottle-stabilized. The grapes come from sandy pebble soils and 20-year-old vines. It offers aromas of stone fruit, honey, and dried apricots; a creamy, full-bodied, and elegant palate. A very limited edition of 2,375 bottles .

Wine from the highest land of Ribera del Duero.
"It's proof of the enduring life that Tempranillo grapes from bush-trained vineyards can have. The harvest is done by hand, selecting each bunch individually upon arrival at the winery."
"La Yunquera" and "Buenos Santos" estates, holm oak forest area. Sandy pebble soil at >800 m. Vineyards >20 years old with a density of 2,600 plants/ha.
Trellised training system, no irrigation. Fertilization using sheep manure. Yield: 2,500 kg/ha, focusing on freshness and precise fruit development.
First week of October. Hand-harvested in 14 kg boxes to preserve the integrity of the bunch and the expression of the terroir.
Fermentation with native yeasts. 48 months in barrels and then a minimum of 48 months of bottle aging, which gives personality and finesse to the white reserve.
